Client Handler (Personal Lines)

Location: Twickenham

Salary: £28k

Hours: Mon-Fr 8.45am - 17.00pm

You will already have experience of working in personal lines products preferably in Home and Motor and have amazing communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handling day to day enquiries
• Renewals
• Retention and policy management
• Build strong client and insurer relationships
• Upsell and cross sell additional products
• Understand the market and secure and retain all risks
• Offer outstanding customer service

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

• Educated to a minimum of A-level standard
• Proven background within personal lines products
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised
• Strong IT skills
