Job Details
7.5 hours per week, fixed term until July 2020
This is a fixed term role to provide administrative support to GB Met and the Sussex Learning Network’s Collaborative Outreach Programme (SLN:COP). The post holder should have a basic understanding of the priorities of the SLN:COP and Widening Participation initiatives.
This diverse role requires a highly organised and efficient individual who is process focused with excellent database and excel skills.
The post holder will be an experienced and motivated administrator with excellent interpersonal skills. They will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, be approachable and flexible, and produce work of a high standard to deadlines. The post holder will have excellent administration and organisation skills plus high-level written and verbal communication skills. Excellent IT skills is essential, as is the ability to work on own initiative and be proactive and positive.
