I am working very closely with a large organisation that are seeking a number of IT 1st line support staff to join their business. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for IT that is keen to develop their skillset. Due to the size of the organisation you will experience remote and desktop work across the business, dealing with multiple users.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Providing first line support via telephone, tickets and email to clients and internal staff
Determining a path of resolution based on information gathered against reported issues.
Responding to queries within set SLA timeframes
Liaising with external providers to help resolve issues
Ownership of issues through to resolution
Keeping internal guides and self-help articles up to dateRequired Skills/Experience:

A strong knowledge of MS Office
Excellent written and spoken English
1-2 years customer service experienceDesirable Skills/Experience:

An excellent telephone manner, friendly, professional and customer focused
The ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage tasks
Empathetic to needs of the customers
Good time keeping
Able to manage multiple jobs and demanding workload
6-12 months experience providing technical support on an IT help/service desk
Familiarity with the Financial / IT industryBased on the location of this role, it is recommended you drive and have access to your own vehicle.
