Calling all Customer Service Assistants and Sales Advisers!

Red Flag Recruitment are seeking candidates with previous experience within retail and who enjoy working with customers to join a shop based in Brighton.

The role is one that combines Customer Service and Sales.

You will be helping to build our clients customer base by speaking with members of the public face-to-face on a daily basis. This requires a strong aptitude to learn fast, work hard and have a great attitude.

The successful candidates will essentially be the face of our client's brand representing them to customers.

Day-to-day responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant will include:

  • You will be reporting to the store manager to ensure that you are building strong brand presence and product awareness.
  • Face to face interaction with potential and existing customers is the most important component to building a long-lasting loyal customer base.
  • You will ensure the smooth running of the store on a day to day basis and report any problems or issues directly to the Store Supervisor/ Store Manager.

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Days off included)

Salary: £9.00/hr

Job Requirements of a Customer Service Assistant:

  • 1+ year of Customer Service/Retail or Customer Relationship experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and above average Customer Service skills.
  • Experience building strong relationships.
  • Team leadership experience or experience working within a team.
  • A solid work ethic and desire to succeed and grow.
  • A competitive nature and a drive to win.
