Job Description
SHC is a Health Social Care organisation with 16 Homes in West and East Sussex that supports older people and people with a range of disabilities. SHC is going through a period of change, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join us on a fixed term basis for 6 months.
The role:
We have a number of IT related projects to be delivered in the next 6 months including:
· Softworks – rota, time and attendance system
· E-care plans
· Employee Intranet.
Each project will require a full assessment, including recommendations to the Senior Leadership team.
The successful candidate:
· Drive, energy and passion to deliver a range of projects;
· Prince II qualification;
· The ability to meet competing priorities;
· Hands on approach;
· Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
· Commitment and the ability to work in a challenging environment.
The successful candidate should have their own transport and will be required to travel around the Homes which are all based in West and East Sussex.
Closing date - Monday 16th September.
