CDM and H&S Consultant

A leading UK based, construction consultancy that has enjoyed many years as a well-established establishment in the industry, is looking to appoint a new CDM and H&S Consultant to join their ever-growing team in their vibrant Brighton office.

The role of the CDM Consultant will include preparing PCI packs, reviewing construction phase plans, attending design and pre-construction meetings and advising clients on their duties under the CDM Regulations 2015

The successful CDM and H&S Consultant

The successful Principal Designer / CDM Consultant should ideally hold the following:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
  • Have good technical, design and construction knowledge
  • Have good knowledge of Construction, Design and Management Regulations CDM 2015
  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
  • Technical IOSH membership/AaPS membership (minimum) working towards CMaPS

The package of the successful CDM and H&S Consultant

  • Salary of up to £45,000 based on experience
  • Bonus Scheme based on company profit
  • Excellent Pension contribution
  • 26 days' annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • Two professional subscriptions paid for annually
