Hours - Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30
Salary - £20,000

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a growing business based in Shoreham. This is an excellent location with parking and accessible transport links.

The role as a Sales Engagement Executive is an integral part of the business, ensuring customers are kept up to date with this companies product portfolio and up selling new features and addons, tailored to each client.

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and are their day to day contact for adding services to their account.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:
* Highly organised
* High level of administrative skills and attention to detail
* Exceptional verbal and written skills
* Competent understanding of sales processes and procedures
* CRM functionality (Full training given)
* Previous phone-based sales experience - up selling products
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Good interpersonal skills
* Able to problem solve, and turn an issue into a sales opportunity
* Target driven
