Lettings Advisor

I am currently working for a passionate, honest and independent Lettings Agency based in Brighton.

My client is looking for someone with a desire to success and progress within the company, you will need to be proactive, have excellent customer service and be eager to learn and earn money!

You will be joining a small but yet successful company with a happy and friendly atmosphere, this is a long term position with the opportunity to grow and develop with the company as they look to expand.

Salary: £18,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm + every other Saturday 09:30 - 12:30
Location: Hove

Responsibilities
* Calling multiple email warm leads
* Book in viewing
* Liaising with tenants who
* Attending viewing throughout Brighton and surrounding areas
* Calling previous candidates for feedback
* Working closely with other team members

The right candidate will have the following skills
* Preferably have lettings experience but isn't essential
* Must have great knowledge of Brighton and Hove
* Clean driving license
* Excellent appearance
* Strong people skills and a professional telephone manner
* Good IT knowledge
