Lettings Advisor

I am currently recruiting for a lettings advisor to join a company that offers a friendly and supportive working environment as well as working in a team that supports each other to be the best you can be.

Location: Brighton

Hours: Mon to Fri 08:45 - 18:00 + Saturdays: 09:00 - 16:00 (time taken back in lieu)

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities

• To appraise rental applicants
• Viewings
• Explain the rental process, requirements from the applicants and time expectations
• To process the referencing working with the referencing company and to keep the landlord and applicants informed.
• To draw up the tenancy agreement and all other related paperwork and to see the file through to completion.
• To check the property before the commencement of the tenancy to be confident that the property is ready to hand over
• Be responsible for the window displays and change/rotate these on a regular basis
• To be a team player and to be able to work to deadlines / under pressure and to go the extra mile
• Assist with other office duties when required

The ideal candidate will have a background in Property however this is not essential. You will need to have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service and the ability to multi-task in a busy and varied environment.
