Full-time - 37 hours per week
Based at the Central Campus, Brighton
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Exams Administrator to provide administrative support on all aspects relating to college examination and achievement procedures, including liaison with students, tutors, invigilators, awarding organisations and college managers. Also to act as a primary point of contact for the wider MIS team and work to resolve basic level queries associated with timetables and registers, curriculum set-up, reporting systems and user administration. You will also be line managing a team of Exams Administrators.
You will require experience of working in an Exams team within an educational environment with experience of using a student records system for managing and administering exams and assessments and knowledge of current UK FE funding methodology. You should also be used to organising, scheduling and prioritising work to meet targets and critical deadlines and processing large quantities of data, including collection and analysis. You should also have prior experience of managing and developing staff in administrative roles.
