We have an opportunity for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our growing and highly successful live events agency based in Brighton 

Key responsibilities: 

  • To support the Technical Services team with the day-to-day management, rigging and transportation of audio visual equipment
  • You will work alongside the head of technical delivery and technical project managers to liaise with suppliers to collect / return appropriate equipment, preparing it for dispatch to events and enabling the business to track all the assets as required
  • Receiving it back from completed projects you will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is returned correctly, faults or damaged logged and that Hiretrack reflects the current status of our inventory at any point in time
  • The role calls for the management of damaged and missing equipment, and where appropriate you will be expected to organise repairs
  • Operational and PAT testing as required along with carrying out basic maintenance / repairs

Key skills:

  • Attention to detail is essential
  • You must be process driven and understand the vital importance of deadlines, accuracy and following safety protocols 
  • You must have excellent communication skills
  • A full clean driving licence is essential
  • Experience of driving LWB vehicle would be ideal

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to work on a wide range of projects. There maybe some travel requirements outside the UK from time to time
