Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced Telesales Insurance Specialists to join our client’s team based in Portslade, Sussex!

We are looking for candidates who are results-oriented, have the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with customers and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Telesales Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for helping customers by providing insurance and warranty services information and resolving any issues.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm

Pay: £10.00/hr - Basic of £19,500/annum + Uncapped commission.

Job Description of a Telesales Insurance Specialist:

  • Calls prospective customers based on prepared listings provided and source new potential contacts.
  • Provides information about insurance and warranty services by following a prepared sales pitch to potential customers.
  • Maintain and updates contact details in the sales database.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales results as needed.

Qualifications of a Telesales Insurance Specialist:

  • Minimum of 1-year telesales/call center experience required.
  • Prior experience in a call center/telephone-based role.
  • Strong selling, customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette with the ability to perform a high volume of calls.
  • Must be able to speak and write exceptionally fluent English.
  • Able to learn applicable computer systems and work independently with limited supervision.
