Our client is seeking experienced Telesales Insurance Representatives to join their growing company based in Portslade, Sussex.

This is an ideal opportunity for tenacious and resilient individuals, who can generate new business through structured, volume phone calls.

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm

Pay: £10.00/hr (£19,500) + Uncapped commission.

Responsibilities of a Telesales Insurance Representative:

  • Outbound calling to new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain client relationship and grow strong sales pipeline.
  • Setting up insurance and warranty plans on customer white goods and household items.
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales targets and KPI’s set by team leader.

Requirements of a Telesales Insurance Representative:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience (phone based)
  • Outbound sales experience is essential
  • Possess a natural aptitude to sell
  • Ability to empathise and building relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Team player
