Band 6 RGN/RMN.
Vacancies working within the Community mental health team, treating patients in Horsham.
A RGN or RMN is needed to join a busy team treating mental health patients primarily at the team base but occasionally in the community involving home visits.
The role involves assessing, supporting and treating the patients. The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for carrying out full clinical and risk assessment and be sensitive to their patient's needs whilst reporting the risk to senior staff where necessary. High quality care and ensuring standards are the highest possible, are crucial.
The candidate will work at all times to promote the safety and the wellbeing of service users and their families/carers. The post holder will develop care plans and recovery plans to enable the patients to lead fulfilling lives. They will demonstrate an understanding of clinical interventions relevant to the care group.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage their own caseload. The ability to work autonomously is essential.
The role is to commence ASAP and the role is full time, working Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm.
The role is an initial 3-6 month NHS contract.
Candidates must be a qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin.
The hourly rate is £24.50 p/h
