Lettings Negotiator

Location: Brighton

Salary: £16k -£18k £30k OTE

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6.00pm and one in two Saturdays 9am-5.00pm with a day off in lieu

MUST have a full UK clean driving licence to apply for this role

Do you have a passion for property industry? If so I have a genuine position within a well-respected agency based in Brighton that can offer a great working environment and career development.

You will ideally have some exposure to the property market and have fantastic communication skills with a real "can do" attitude.

Your role will be to support the lettings manager to ensure the smooth running of the lettings department.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting viewings
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Meeting and greeting clients when they come into the office
• Updating property details
• Diary management
• Negotiation
• Generating market appraisals
• Working to business KPI's and targets
• Offering excellent customer service

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Ideally a lettings background but a genuine drive to want to get into the property sector will also be considered
• Confident communication
• Driven and tenacious
• Customer focused
• Professional and enthusiastic
• Full UK driving licence
