Ward Sister (Surgical Wards), West Sussex, Permanent, up to £38,000

I am recruiting for an experienced Nurse to join an Independent Private Hospital located in West Sussex on a full-time permanent basis.

Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 – dependent on experience.

Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Duties of this role:

Your role will be to ensure clear and effective leadership and strong direction to the Ward team. You will deputise in the Senior Sister’s absence providing clinical expertise, leading and managing a team of nurses and healthcare assistants motivating them to deliver, safe, high quality, personalised care and ensuring patients’ expectations and regulatory requirements are surpassed.

Person Specification

NMC registration as an RGN

Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a team

Experience on surgical wards

Mentorship qualification

Personable with good communication skills
