Alexander Lloyd are working on a fantastic Senior HR Advisor opportunity for a growing not for profit organisation based in Brighton. You will be joining a small but busy HR Team for 6 months focusing on delivering daily HR support to senior management whilst they take on some new HR projects within the business. The right candidate must have proven Employee Relations experience as this will be heavily focused on.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting the Senior Managers on all Employee Relation matters including disciplinaries and grievances.
• Liaising with the team to develop and improve all HR Systems whilst delivering system processes.
• Imputing and exporting of HR data to provide to Senior Managers
• Responsible for all complex Employee Relation issues.
• General Ad hoc HR duties as and when needed across the business.

Skills/Experience:

• CIPD Qualified
• Previous experience of working within a not for profit organisation would be desired
• Advance knowledge and understanding of UK Employment Law
• Proven experience of handling complex employee relation cases.
• Strong HR database skills.
