The Sussex Barn was refurbished in 2018 into a flaming grill pub, the venue is set for every occasion & has a real comfortable feel putting the community at the heart of the business.

The Sussex Barn has grown from strength to strength and is now delivering a brilliant menu and service, the site also hold a variety of live entertainment & shows all the live sport action.

This pub breaks the mould in term of our local offering, the food is the real star of the show here, therefore the kitchen really is the engine room of the pub. We are looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager who is able to work in a fast paced environment who has one eye on standards and the other on the paper work, you need to ensure stocks are controlled to prevent wastage whilst working alongside the General Manager to drive food sales to continue the sites success.

About the Kitchen Manager Role:
