Full time - 37 hours per week

Can be based at Brighton or Worthing, but will be required to work cross college at all Campuses
We are seeking to appoint a Career Guidance Lead to work with the Head of Student Services to implement the College’s strategic aims by providing a professional and coherent careers service provision. You will be acting as an internal advisor to curriculum staff to ensure a collaborative careers provision and to support understanding and achievement of Gatsby Benchmark expectations. Your duties will also include line managing the existing Careers Advisors and providing a professional one to one Careers Guidance service to support students’ career planning.
You will require a good standard of education to minimum Level 3 and a Diploma in Careers Guidance or other relevant specialist careers qualification at Level 6. You will also have a wide range of experience delivering Careers IAG in a post 16 education environment with experience and knowledge of providing targeted 1:1 and group Careers IAG. You should also have experience of managing a team and providing effective line management support.
