Job Details
Red Flag Recruitment are looking for an experienced and self-driven candidate to join our client’s friendly team, you will be responsible for the followings:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers (approx. 50-100 calls daily).
- Answer any customer queries or questions.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPI’s.
This is a Monday to Friday role 10.00am-6.00pm
Salary: £10.00/hr + Uncapped commission, staff incentives and prizes.
Required
- Proven experience as Telesales/Customer Service representative.
- Previous working experience related to sales and/or customer service.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets/KPI’s.
- Ability to learn about products and services.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
Skills
- Minimum of 1-years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ability to perform in a busy environment.
- Energetic with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivated and organised.
- Customer oriented and passionate about delivery excellent service.
