3rd Line Support

Worthing, West Sussex/Nottingham

Up to £35,000 PA + Benefits



A competent 3rd Line Support is required for a leading mailing solutions provider based in Worthing or Nottingham.

Working within the Technical Support team on their Support Desk, you will be dealing with technical enquiries relating to in-house Software tools. You will also be attending customer sites as and when required to help with training and the installation of in-house Software.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of windows server 2012R2 operating system. (Navigating around network shares, reading log files)
• Understanding of DOS batch files
• Understanding of PowerShell scripting
• SQL SSRS reporting experience
  SQL Programming skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, etc.)
• Sound attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work in a pressurised IT environment
• Work under pressure and meet key deadline dates and times with effective SLA management and prioritisation
