Red Flag Recruitment are seeking highly motivated and target driven Claims and Insurance Professionals to join a busy call center based in Brighton, Sussex.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Claims and Insurance Professional:

  • Deliver a remarkable customer experience through handling claims and insurance policies.
  • Achieves and exceeds personal/team targets/KPI’s.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm

Salary: Up to an OTE of £24,000k- £30,000/annum (to include uncapped commission) and staff incentives.

About You: 

  • To build and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues within and outside the team.
  • To undertake in-house training of new procedures and general customer service to the required standards.
  • To be a good team player and have excellent communication skills
  • To attend the daily briefings, weekly and or monthly formal team meetings
  • To be flexible and carry out any other duties (data entry, administrative tasks etc.) as and when required by the management. 

Customers/Clients: 

  • To liaise with customers and give accurate advice/information customer care policy is adhered to at all times.
  • Communication with customer service staff and supervisors relating to calls/emails received
  • To provide an effective customer care policy to the customers and clients by responding to all queries with professionalism and urgency
  • Always present a professional impression of the Company by adopting high standards of dressing (in smart office wear), ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and presentation is achieved at all times.
  • To operate to the required levels of customer service standards
  • To positively contribute to the success of the team, the contract and the company.
  • To be an ambassador of the company’s values and standards at all times 

Experience:

Preferably with at least one year of call center experience, but this is not 100% essential as training will be provided

Skills: 

  • Fluent and strong English communication skills
  • Excellent Phone Manner
  • Well-developed customer service skills
  • IT Literacy
  • Excellent Data Entry Skills
