OSR are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Franchised Commercial Dealer in Crawley, who are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to join their busy site.

THE COMPANY

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell all new and used van in line with manufacturer standards.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Maintain new and existing clients with a high level or professional service.
• Day-to-day organisation or diary management.
• Build rapport with customers to establish their needs and requirements.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Adhere to all codes of practise, systems of work, and processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years' experience in Commercial Vehicle Sales.
• Must have a stable work history.
• Target driven and motivated.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be presentable and IT Literate.
• Kerridge experience not essential but a significant advantage.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• My client is offering a competitive basic salary of £22,000 and an OTE of up to £45,000 depending on experience.
• Various company benefits for the successful candidate including Company Vehicle, Pension etc.
• Our client will provide full training and support, with progression routes for the right candidate.
