Job Details
Henfield Medical Practice are looking to recruit an apprentice to support their admin team and carry general administrative tasks. You will need to be a confident individual who is comfortable with using the telephone.
You will be responsible for; carrying out tasks to assist in the administration of the main office as part of a flexible team to ensure the smooth running of a busy Medical Centre and also the following the duties;
- Carrying out general administrative and office duties
- Assisting the administrative team
- Entering patient data on to the clinical computer system
- Sending and receiving medical records
- Answering the telephone when required
- To be accountable for confidentiality in all areas of the work
- To work as part of a team.
- Entering clinical data into patient records
- Entering Patient registration details and updating records
- Photocopying / laminating
- To be accountable for confidentiality in all areas of the work
