We are seeking candidates that always seek to provide great customer service in a sometimes challenging environment, people that go 'above and beyond' to offer our customers a solution that really fits their needs.
Emergency Roadside Assistance is a demanding 24 hour industry, so you will need to be quick thinking and able to keep a cool head under pressure.
The ability to multitask is essential as is the ability to supervise and manage our remote technicians and drivers effectively.
We look for good keyboard skills and great phone manner.
You will need to have held a full driving licence for a minimum of one year.
All candidates are subject to CRB checks.
The role
Based in our industry leading Call Centre in near Hickstead, West Sussex you will receive calls from National Motoring Organisations such as AA, RAC and Green Flag and distribute the work to our field based workforce. Customer contact throughout the process is a key part of the role as well as keeping our corporate clients updated.
Customer Service Advisors work a four days on, four days off shift system equating to a 42 hour week with finishes up to 0200 on a rota basis which includes weekends and Bank Holidays.
