Due to continued company growth, our insurance-based client is seeking to recruit additional Insurance Administrators to join their teams near to Uckfield.

Job Description

You will be working on behalf of leading solicitors, major motor insurers and claims management companies to provide robust evidence.

This is an office-based role where you will be required to gather pertinent information regarding vehicle hire, using both the internet and telephone to make enquiries with hire companies. Working within the strict compliance parameters set out by the companies’ stated methodology, the role entails compilation of court ready witness statements to detail your findings, in the timescales requested by our client and to our high standards.

Due to regular auditing, we require someone with outstanding attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure whilst presenting themselves and the company in a professional and competent manner.

We are looking for a reliable member of a growing team to help us to continue our steady growth and in return we offer continued training and a friendly office working environment. No previous insurance knowledge is required as full training and support is provided as part of this role.

Duties:

* You will provide information to insurers and solicitors by working as a mystery shopper. This will be in the format of a witness statement and supporting documents, all of which is audited by senior management prior to being submitted to clients.

* With no two days the same, you will be required to review cases for many types of vehicles.

* Data entry of the information you have obtained into the in-house systems as required, to agreed, defined standards of accuracy and time frame.

* You’ll be liaising with insurers and solicitors widening both your legal and insurance knowledge.

* Ad hoc operational duties to support the team as and when required.

* All work must be completed following a strict methodology.

Experience/Competencies Required:

* You will require a precise attention to detail.

* Strict adherence to company policy relating to the collation of evidence.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.

* Problem-solving ability.

* Someone who works well as part of a team.

* Computer proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

* Professional attitude with colleagues and clients alike.

* Excellent time management skills.

* A candidate who will embrace the responsibility of being accountable for their work.

* Must have GCSE English and Maths Grade A*-C.
