Based at the Worthing Campuses
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) Caseworker to provide a high level of administrative and liaison support for the ALS Manager. This role involves the processing and recording of EHCPs and liaising with the Local Authority. You will also be coordinating with the students, parents, teaching and support staff to ensure that the contents of the plan are fit for purpose and that they are being carried out correctly. The EHCP Case Worker will also be responsible for planning and supporting the execution of the annual EHCP reviews.
Candidates should have a good understanding of students with SEND and associated terminology, and ideally be familiar with EHCPs. They will need a good level of administrative experience, and be proficient in the use of email and Microsoft Office. They will need excellent organisational and communication skills, together with the flexibility and adaptability to work in a team and independently within a highly pressurised environment.
