A large consultancy based in Sussex is on the lookout for an experienced Drainage/ infrastructure engineer. As a minimum you will have a HNC in the relevant Discipline and 10 years construction design experience.

Your role as the senior drainage/ infrastructure engineer is to undertake flood risk assessments, SUDs, drainage strategies and the detailed design of drainage for new developments and improvements works.

You will have knowledge of environment agency and water authority approval and procedures and land drainage legislation, this is essential. Some CAD ability is essential plus some knowledge of PDS, Microdrainage and Windes.

You will undertake all size of projects and report to a director whilst being supported by a small team.

Role will include pricing up jobs and liaising with clients, approving bodies and other stakeholders.
