SATURDAY COOK

Salary—£13.61 per hour which includes shift enhancement (basic rate - £10.47ph)

Hours—7am – 6pm, Saturdays only

At St Peter & St James Hospice we provide high quality specialist palliative and end of life care for patients with cancer and other life-limiting conditions across East and West Sussex.

We have a vacancy for a Saturday Cook to provide nutritious meals to service users and staff.  Previous experience is essential and you should have a current Basic Food & Hygiene Certificate.  It would be highly advantageous if you have experience of catering for specialist dietary needs. 

You will need to be calm, organised and have some experience of managing staff as you will be responsible for our Kitchen Assistants. You will need to be conversant and compliant with health and safety regulations.
