Job Details
PSE Associates based in Brighton, are currently looking to recruit a hardworking apprentice for a Administrator/Receptionist role. You will be working towards a Level 2 Business Admin NVQ, while supporting a busy and friendly team.
Your duties for this role will include;
- Answering the telephone
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Some diary management
- Photocopying
- Binding
- Scanning
- Managing the supply of stationery and tea & coffee facilities
- Archiving
- Taking deliveries
- Arranging for couriers
- Being responsible for organising meeting refreshments and supplies
- Any other relevant tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office
Another part of the role will be to assist the five Project Administrators with more complex admin. Training will be given and will help with the Level 2 qualification.
**Please note we will be moving our offices to Portslade towards the end of the summer**
