Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: £23k-£27k pa
Location: Lancing
Our client is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Lancing.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will take creative responsibility for email campaigns, website content, online PR/advertising, copywriting, SEO, PPC, Social media and other digital activities:
- Social Media footprint, across all platforms; Linked In, Twitter. Update company social media sites with approved current content
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Marketing product specific campaigns
- Marketing to vertical markets
- Brand Marketing
- Up-selling marketing campaigns
- Product portfolio marketing
- Monitor company website and suggest edits, features, special notices
- Working with Operations, Sales, Account Management and Telesales to understand the existing client base, and target marketing campaigns to requirements
- Working with Operations, Sales, Account Management and Telesales and develop a strategic content plan, along with channels for delivery in order to reach our prospects
- Develop account-based marketing plans aligned with the company Sales strategy
- Work closely and collaborate with Leadership Team to drive content and raise awareness of the different propositions
- Implementing both traditional and innovative marketing solutions to support client retention, including the development of a communications plan, organising events and constantly refreshing and reviewing the marketing collateral
- Understand and implement brand advertising and sponsorship opportunities
- Marketing Metrics and KPI tracking
- Support go-to-market campaign strategies for the Brand
- Producing reports post campaign to highlight successes and ROI
- Building awareness of events, exhibitions and other items via digital channels
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have a firm grasp of the principles of marketing and a good understanding of online marketing techniques including; copywriting, content creation, PPC and SEO, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Qualifications and experience in PPC and SEO campaign management would be beneficial but not absolute necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly written are imperative due to the nature of the role.
- Have a degree in a marketing, creative or digital media related subject is advantageous
- Have experience working with a broad range of online marketing activities
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Be analytical and able to spot trends in data
- Be able to translate technical features into business benefits
- Be highly organised, self-motivated and able to work both individually and as part of a team
- Confidently deliver ideas and possess a genuine enthusiasm and passion for marketing
- Have the ability to multi-task and manage a number of projects to deadlines
