The company we supply focus excellent customer service, working with new technology and delivering an award winning product. This is an opportunity to join a new site, with the potential of securing permanent work. 

Customer Service role

Join a successful business on a new site in Burgess Hill with opportunities for permanent work. 

• Answering inbound calls from drivers, internal departments, and customers/clients.
• Tracking vehicles (GPS system)
• Communicating with drivers to assist with route planning and advice
• Updating system - eg Delivery / client instructions

Depot Operative Requirements

• Computer literate
• Clear communicator for handling telephone queries and delivery clear and concise instructions
• Multi-tasking
• Must have own transport to be able to access site.

Hours - Various shifts available

X 1 - Monday to Friday 1130-2000

X 1 - Tuesday to Saturday 0630-1500

X 1 - Sunday to Thursday 0630-1500

X 1 - Monday to Friday 1130-2000

Pay: £8.21 going to £8.94 after 12 weeks and overtime available
