Product Manager – Industrial Pumps

With manufacturing capability in the UK and in multiple locations globally, we are delighted to be recruiting for one of the world leaders in the design and manufacture of engineered Pump technology. Operating in process industries such as Oil and Gas, Power Generation, chemical, water, mining, they can offer customers full pumps solutions, as well as full motor, seal and aftermarket solutions.

Due to heavy investment they are looking to appoint a Product Manager for their industrial pump’s division.

The Role

As the Product Manager, you will have full autonomy and responsibility in establishing the industrial pumps ranges manufacture and packaging. You will be responsible for

·Product development – working to wards achieving best in class performance and competence.

·All relevant documentation – creating and developing technical manuals

·Control of full stock and delivery

·Production – coordination with operations, working to world class lead times, quality and continual improvement.

·Supply chain – driving value engineering and quality consistently.

This is a head office-based role that will develop much further, allowing for significant career progression.

To be successful in the position of Product Manager, you will

·Be based in the South of England

·Be from an industrial product background (preferably pumps)

·Have a number of years’ experience of working in a commercial capacity within the pumps industry.

·Have and independent solutions mindset, organised with a passion for high levels of customer service

·Ideally have a degree in mechanical engineering, or HNC minimum.

·Ideally be am individual that is dependable, seeking a senior role, that has significant opportunity to grow further.
