Are you looking to work for a busy and successful fashion business based in the Heart of Brighton?

Are you an experienced PA/Office Manager with some bookkeeping experience?

If so we are looking for someone who can support with the following:

* Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

* Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, preparing travel itineraries, including flights

* Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

* Managing databases

* Sorting through, organising and responding to correspondence both via email and by post and online

* Processing invoices and completing general office tasks in the office

* Maintaining shop rota

* Maintaining up to date records of all employee information including holidays, sick days etc.

* Basic bookkeeping, accounts payable and ensuring that online finance reports are correct

* Maintaining up to date records of all company expenses

* Preparing invoices for accountant for VAT and tax

* Preparation of documents required by accountant including payroll etc

* Highly proficient in all Microsoft programmes including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
