Job Details
Radford Chancellor LTD is a leading Foodservice Consultancy. The company also acts as managing partners for three other companies. The company is seeking an Apprentice Personal Assistant to work closely with the company director on a day to day basis. Providing support to scheduling, correspondence, human resources, and meetings.
Key Duties:
- Organise and schedule meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
- Book business travel arrangements
- Maintain office correspondence, including sending and receiving post, crafting routine electronic correspondence, and maintaining social media presence
- Perform reception duties such as answering phones where necessary
- Liaise with clients and business guests
- Solve simple IT problems
- Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant co-workers and sister company co-workers
- Support the director with HR matter and payroll, Prepare and deliver monthly reports
