I am currently recruiting for a business development manager; this role will involve plenty of face-to-face sales, so if you are a target driven induvial who likes to make sales outside as well as inside the office environment then this is the role for you.

You will be:

• Identifying opportunities
• Securing new business
• Developing and growing existing relationships
• Providing an excellent service and continuous improvement
• Working to targets and KPI's
• Making cold calls and arranging meetings for the field based team

You will have:

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent
• Experience working in a business to the business sales environment
• Motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work to KPI's
• Team player
• Well-presented and customer facing experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Full driving license (although this is not essential)
• Tenacious and passionate
