Resourcing Coordinator - Crawley - Up to £21,000 - Temp to Perm position
**Immediate Start**

The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a competent Resourcer to join this busy team in Crawley.
You will be supporting the recruiting Managers within the Destinations and Venues Sector with recruitment processes; dealing with high volume vacancy advertising, application processing, applicant management, candidate communications and managers support.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
* Keep on-line resourcing portal up to date (i.e.: write and post vacancies, manage and update posts, close expired vacancies etc.)
* Advise managers on advertising media and selection options
* Communicate actions and updates to managers
* Respond to manager and candidate queries via telephone and e-mail
* Manage mailboxes and user accounts
* To perform initial screening to filter out the best suitable candidates and process their applications as per the Company's appropriate processes
* Support managers arrange face to face interviews
* Maintain interview records for candidates that have been seen to ensure accurate feedback can be provided to the candidate and contractual commitments to recruitment agencies are adhered to
* Other administrative tasks/duties as requested by line manager
* Critical Performance Measures (CPMs) / Objectives
* Candidate volumes meet SLAs
* Job processing and advertising times meet SLAs
* Compliance with H&S, Vetting, Regulatory requirements
* System housekeeping ensuring emails are responded to promptly within guidelines

What you'll need

* Office / administration / transactional
* Recruitment or HR useful
* Composition of candidate and senior manager communications- emails
* System / database updating and housekeeping
* Experience within transactional, volume recruitment; security industry advantageous
* Telephone customer service experience
* Strong literacy and numeracy
* IT skills - MSOffice and bespoke software systems
* Keyboard skills
