A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Level 2 Apprentice to work in an expanding company with new offices in Hove. You will need to be articulate and be able to handle some admin tasks also. Your main role will be;
Answering the phone Greeting visitors to the office Case progression & liaising with clients, lenders and advisers Keying mortgage applications Writing advice suitability letters Future Prospects: For any ambitious candidates there would also be an opportunity to undertake studies to gain industry-specific qualifications whether that be with a view to just improving CPD or eventually becoming an independent mortgage adviser.
Skills Required: Good communication skills and good English Grammar.Good IT skills (word processing mainly but potentially also spreadsheets etc) are essential
Personal Qualities: Articulate, good attention to detail. Friendly, polite and professional.
