Recruitment Resourcer
Based in Hove
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a fast expanding, dynamic and successful recruitment company for a number of Resourcer’s to join their busy team. Are you looking for a career within Recruitment?
Our client requires someone with experience within a similar role, must have drive and most importantly a passion for Recruitment.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Sales Consultants in resourcing suitable candidates for all new vacancies
* Searching for suitable candidates on candidate job boards
* Screening candidates in regards to their relevant skills, availability, location and salary expectations
* Screening CV's to ensure that they reflect the relevant role
* Administration duties
* Confirming interviews
* Lead generation
* Keeping clients up to date on the status of roles
* Ensuring timely correspondence goes out to candidates
The ideal candidate
* Ideally 1 year's experience in Recruitment
* Telephone and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Professional and polite manner
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Proficient IT Skills
* Administrative ability, good initiative
* Experience of preparing CV's an advantage
