Our client is the leading independent builders merchant in the South East of England with 25 locations across the region, knowledgeable staff, a vast range of more than 10,000 products and exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for achieving key results and have the autonomy to shape your business to be successful. You will be career driven to help support the growth of the business and have customer service at the forefront of everything you do throughout the sales process.

We are looking for a manager who has the drive and motivation to succeed.

Your responsibilities as Trade Supervisor include:

- Driving store sales and footfall.
- Supporting the Store Management.
- Ensuring regional KPI's are achieved.
- Stock control and merchandising.
- Ensuring high mystery shop audits.
- People management and training
