About the position

The successful candidate for our Smart Repair Technician position will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Smart Repair Technician position involves:

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
• Accurately and skilfully undertake cosmetic repairs on motor vehicles
• Fulfil tasks to the customers complete satisfaction
• Detect and report any additional faults for further repair
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines
• Work in a safe and responsible manner in line with current health and safety regulations
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Knowledge of, and experience of adhering to, COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
• Experience of working in line with robust health and safety, environmental and recycling policies.
• Commitment to understanding and meeting the customers needs, to maintain the professional reputation of the facility.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, to ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.
• Good attention to detail, to ensure that all repairs are carried out to the highest possible standard, and in line with best practice procedures
