Telesales Consultant - £20,000 basic + Immediate Start

This is an opportunity to join a high performing team and an environment that will support you to achieve your target, commission and career goals. With a generous base salary, there are ample opportunities to achieve monthly attractive commission and other incentives.
This could be the start of the sales career you have been looking for:
- Commencing salary of £20,000 per annum or £10 per hour
- Uncapped commission structure, one of the most competitive in the Sussex area
- Permanent full time employment (38 hours) with guaranteed stable hours
- Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday. Enjoy your weekends!
- Fantastic full time hours 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday
What do you need to be successful?
- You are a results-driven individual with the ability to meet targets and have a passion for sales
- You have strong communication skills, be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding to our customers
- You have the ability to relate effectively with individuals at all levels and thriving in a team environment
- You have excellent computer skills, including navigation and the ability to grasp new systems
- You have the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- You think with initiative, have problem solving skills and the ability to learn complex processes easily
- You have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to effort and quality
- You lead by example and contribute positively to the team and sales culture
