Recruitment Consultant
Red Flag Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a small team in Brighton. You must be experienced, having worked in a Recruitment environment for a minimum of 3 years.
Job Requirements:
·Contacting potential candidates
·Leasing with clients
·Creating advertisements to post on job boards
·Building new relationships with clients
·Using social media to build client and candidate pool
·Dealing with company rates and insure all potential clients are kept well informed
·Sticking to deadlines
·Insuring candidates have the correct proof of right to work
About You:
·Excellent written and oral communication skills
·Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
·Recruitment experience (Minimum 3 years)
Job Specifications:
·Working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm
·Salary £25,000 + Uncapped Commission
·Ability to work within a team and on your own
