A software solutions company are looking to hire a Junior / Graduate Business Analyst for their growing team in Worthing.

Under the direction of a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be shown how to perform the role of a Business Analyst from requirements gathering, evaluating approaches, translating requirements, designing solutions, identifying changes and suggesting improvements.

Quickly, you’ll be able to work independently on smaller assignments and as you grow in knowledge and confidence you will have the opportunity to run your own client engagements.

This Junior / Graduate Business Analyst role would suit someone who has;

• A Computer Science / IT education background
• An interest in / awareness of Business Analysis
• An understanding of the software development life cycle
• Excellent communication skills.
