My client is looking for a talented and switched on individual for the role of Product Specialist. The main purpose of this role is to be customer focused, product expert, providing in depth knowledge to the customer about the client’s full product range. No previous experience is required, but the successful candidate will need to be totally customer oriented, with the ability to pick up knowledge, and impart this to prospective customers. Responsibilities
Keep up to date on the latest product information, and share your knowledge with colleagues
Provide customers with product specific knowledge, and services available to them
Keep up to date on competitor products, for comparison purposes
Work with other team members, ensuring smoothness of customer experience
Qualifications

Passion for Automotive technology
