Are you a Customer Service Professional and looking for a new challenge in an exciting and fast paced industry? If you answered YES, Red Flag Recruitment are wanting to hear from you!

Our client who is a well-established Insurance company, is looking to hire highly motivated Customer Service Professionals to join the Brighton team immediately.

You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and assisting them with insurance and warranty plans.

The successful candidate will be skilled at multitasking and genuinely have a passion for customer service.

Working Days: Monday-Thursday 11.00am-8.00pm, Friday 11.30am-6.00pm (1 in 2 alternate Saturdays a month are required) No Sunday work

·Previous experience working in a high-volume call center is beneficial

·Ability to handle high volume calls with ease and a sense of calmness

·Helpful by nature with the ability to problem solve
