Associate Lecturer in Foundation (SEND) (Bank)

£17.66 - £31.00 per hour

You will work with our Foundation Programmes team at Crawley College Campus.

Reporting to the Head of Learning you will be required to:

• To cover classes during staff absence
• To undertake teaching activities in the curriculum area, ensuring a high quality of provision, in response to learners’ needs.
• To work collaboratively and innovatively with managers and colleagues to design, develop, manage and review programmes in the curriculum area.
• To ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way, in line with the concept of inclusive learning.

You will have experience teaching and assessing learners with learning difficulties and disabilities, including students on the autistic spectrum and those on Entry levels. Knowledge of the core curriculum at pre-entry and entry level, SEND reform are essential requirements.
