For almost two decades their cosmopolitan approach has widened their reach internationally – they now operate in 18 countries around the world. Partnered with one of the world’s largest FMCG companies, their presence is constantly expanding largely due to their acquisitions over the last decade.
To keep up this rapid pace of growth, they’re looking to add Graduate Field Sales Representatives to their existing 3,000 employee-strong network. The key focus of this role is to strengthen relationships within their existing customer base, and to a lesser extent generating new business.

Key responsibilities:
- Working effectively with local branch managers, suppliers and other internal stakeholders
- Promoting, negotiating and supplying company products to existing accounts to increase profitability
- Creating new business opportunities and building a pipeline of future prospects
- Building referrals through delivering for existing accounts
- Manage account relationships, resolving issues and building value
- Upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Keep up to date with new products and industry developments
- £22k basic salary (increasing following completion of probation period)
- Y1 OTE of up to £30K (uncapped)

Candidate requirements:
- Essential: Educated to degree level
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate
