Head Chef – Upmarket Bar & Grill Restaurant

• Head chef
• Basic salary - £35k
• Bonus - £5k
• Only 45 – 50 hrs. a week
• All meals on duty

My client is a classy upmarket Bar & Grill restaurant in Hove who are now looking for a talented, passionate & experienced Head Chef to lead the team & come up with new ideas

The ideal Head Chef will need to have a strong background with well-respected establishments for example : “Hawksmoor” or “Coal Shed” in Brighton are the kind of product my client is looking for

As Head Chef you will manage a team of 6 chefs catering for approx. 60 covers a day during the week and up to 100 covers at weekends in a modern well-equipped kitchen

The ideal Head Chef will need to have at least 2 years previous experience as a Head or Senior Sous within in a similar style restaurant. You must have passion, ideas, good leadership qualities and keen eye for detail
