An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of Soft Facilities Management services provided at Crawley Hospital, and associated sites.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong leadership and operational management skills.  With a background of working in a Facilities Management environment, in a soft services role.

The post holder will have day to day responsibility for managing all areas in relation to the Facilities services provided, including, but not limited to-

Catering, Housekeeping/Domestic, Portering, Goods Inwards, Switchboard, and Reception/ Cashiering.

The post holder manage the Facilities Team at Crawley Hospital, and will work closely with the Facilities Management Team to help deliver a high quality service that is responsive to all service and clinical needs of the Trust.

The successful candidate will have:  

-Experience of Soft Facilities Management, ideally from the NHS

-A passion for excellent customer service

-Strong communication skills

-Strong written and IT skills 

Applicant requirements The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
